There are some pre-made and shared scripts, and there is a bot sharing feature for anyone who wants to share theirs with the community, so if you are having trouble getting something working someone might be able to get it sorted for you and share it out. There are some shortcomings, sure, but with every update the functionality is increased and the platform is improved. RiD's latest project, Genesis, is currently in the public beta stage and I personally have used it to bot nearly 4,000 hours. Robotzindisguise (or RiD for short) is one of the only currently working Rs3 bots that I am aware of.
